understand this may not always be the case. Please be careful in your
selection of styles, color choices and size preferences. Our custom
made order items are designed according to your specifications.
The actual denim jackets used for embellishing our toddler
and child jackets may vary.
All sales are FINAL
on these products. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
We will issue a credit or refund on our ready to wear items that
are returned in original condition if mailed back within seven (7)
days. We will issue a credit for those products returned within
fourteen (14) days.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise not returned within this time frame will not be
eligible for credit or a refund.
Gems by Jules reserves the right to deem
merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged or
mishandled.
For your protection, you should always return prepaid via a
shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS.
Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot
guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable
method.
